Iolite and Aquamarine Pendant

Another soldered pendant - this one a little more complicated (for me!). I made the three wavy shapes separately first, then soldered them together before coiling the entire frame.

I then wrapped across each section with Hill Tribe silver beads, amazing indigo-blue faceted iolite and pale blue faceted aquamarine.

This one is my favourite Maz its stunning - beautiful!

I did my first set of soldering yesterday - very organic looking and I'm blaming it on the saw that hasn't arrived lol!!

Beautiful pendant, you are very talented. I entirely see what you mean about the freedom of using soldered frames. I use a lot of SP wire because its cheaper but of course you can't solder it like silver. I love the shapes you have created for this pendant, they make me think of a seashell.

Now that's something new! Something I haven't seen before. Very beautiful and I agree - it looks like a seashell :)
